1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the website of CARGO LOGISTIC SOLUTION Sp. z o.o., Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych 67 lok. D4, 04−028 Warsaw, Poland, NIP PL 7 011 150 089 («Cargo LS»), and all services provided by the company, including but not limited to freight forwarding, road carriage performed by contracted carriers under our responsibility, logistics coordination, and cargo insurance arrangement.
1.2. By using this website or engaging our services. You confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1.3. Cargo Logistic Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version is always available on our website.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Cargo Logistic Solutions provides full-service freight transportation solutions, including:
- Transportation of large loads (construction waste, chemicals, food, fuel, agricultural products, etc.);
- Transportation of medium-sized loads (machinery, equipment, bulk and building materials);
- Transportation of small-sized loads (goods, furniture, accessories, etc.);
- Route planning and logistics optimization;
- Document preparation and support for cross-border and domestic shipments;
- Cargo delivery tracking.
2.2. All shipments arranged through Cargo Logistic Solutions are insured, in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant service agreement or quote.
2.3. Cargo LS acts as a freight forwarder. We plan the carriage and engage qualified carriers under written contract; the vehicles are provided by those carriers. Towards the client, Cargo LS remains contractually responsible for the performance of the order.
3. Website Use & Content
3.1. All content on this site - including texts, images, logos, and descriptions of services - is provided for general informational purposes only.
3.2. We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but Cargo Logistic Solutions is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content.
3.3. You agree not to misuse the site by introducing malicious software, disrupting website functionality or security, or attempting unauthorised access.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding cargo type, dimensions, weight, classification, required documentation, and delivery details.
4.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that cargo complies with all applicable laws and regulations at both the point of origin and the point of destination, including the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.
4.3. Where a client provides false or misleading information, or where cargo does not comply with applicable regulations, Cargo Logistic Solutions reserves the right to refuse or suspend the service without compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on this website, including trademarks, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Cargo Logistic Solutions or is used with permission from third parties.
5.2. Unauthorised use of our logo, branding, texts, or images is strictly prohibited.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
6.1. Pricing depends on cargo type, volume, weight, distance, and other factors relevant to the specific order, and is confirmed through an individual quote or agreement.
6.2. Payment terms are agreed individually with each client and specified in the relevant quote, order confirmation, or service agreement.
6.3. Late payment may result in penalties or suspension of services, as set out in the applicable agreement and in accordance with Polish civil law.
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1. All shipments arranged by Cargo Logistic Solutions are covered by insurance in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.
7.2. Cargo Logistic Solutions is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by:
- Incorrect packaging by the client;
- Regulatory or border-crossing delays outside our control;
- Force majeure events (acts of God, natural disasters, etc.);
- Negligence of third-party carriers engaged with the client's knowledge;
- Misrepresentation of cargo by the client.
7.3. Any cargo claim must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period following delivery, as specified in the relevant service agreement. Liability, where established, is limited in accordance with applicable transport regulations (including the CMR Convention for international road carriage, where applicable) and the terms of the insurance policy covering the shipment.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1. All communications and operational details shared with clients are treated as confidential.
8.2. Cargo Logistic Solutions processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Poland, and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8.3. By using this website or our services. You consent to the processing of your personal data as necessary to provide our services.
8.4. Clients and website users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, and may lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the services provided should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Poland, or resolved through arbitration if agreed by both parties in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
